How does Face Reflexology work?

Face Reflexology is a unique marriage of three ancient therapies. Facial acupuncture points and energy meridians from the Chinese and Vietnamese traditions and South American Andean tribal body maps located on the face. These facial maps are combined in a deeply relaxing and re-balancing treatment.

All treatment to the face is applied using the finger tips. We use wild Rose Mosqueta oil from South America and an organic blend of aromatherapy cream custom made for .

The First Appointment:
A detailed health history is always obtained on your first appointment. A face analysis is made and a facial reflexology treatment plan will be designed for your unique, holistic needs.

The Treatment:
Every session commences with the stimulation of facial acupuncture points to enervate the energetic channels throughout the body, along with the blood circulation, nerve and lymphatic supply of the face.

I then proceed with a series of different treatment procedures on face maps, which represent the twelve major Chinese energy meridians, your physical and psychological aspects.

Through these maps, a re-balancing process may be initiated. Cranial work is also used where appropriate.

Timing:
Treatments last approx. 45 - 50 minutes. The benefits can continue for some days and a course of treatment is always advised.
